Delete in the app
- Sign in to the ForgeLive account you want to delete.
- Open Profile → Settings → Account settings → Delete account.
- Review the consequences, verify your password and confirm the request.
- You will be signed out and active sessions will be revoked.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access ForgeLive, email ayyaztalat@codingstudiopixels.com with the subject ForgeLive account deletion request. Include your username and the email address or telephone number associated with the account. Do not email your password.
We will verify ownership using information already connected to the account. Support may request confirmation through the registered email address or another secure account-recovery method.
Deletion schedule and cancellation
Account deletion is normally scheduled for 30 days after a verified request. This recovery period helps prevent unauthorized deletion. During the recovery period you may cancel the request through the supported account-recovery flow. After finalization, the account cannot be restored.
What is deleted or de-identified
- Direct account and profile identifiers are removed or replaced.
- Authentication sessions and notification tokens are revoked.
- Profile biography, avatar, cover image and personal preferences are removed from the active profile.
- Content controlled by deletion features is removed from active display according to the feature and applicable law.
- AI project inputs and generated assets are deleted according to their storage lifecycle and any separate project deletion controls.
Before deleting your account, remove posts, reels, stories or messages for which you need immediate feature-level deletion. Content copied or reshared by another person may remain in that person’s account.
Information we may retain
We may retain limited records where reasonably necessary for purchase accounting, chargebacks, fraud prevention, enforcement, legal obligations, disputes or safety. This can include transaction references, policy-enforcement records and hashed device identifiers used to prevent repeat signup-reward abuse. Retained records are access restricted and are not used to recreate your public profile.
Residual copies may remain in protected backups until normal overwrite. Information under a valid legal hold or active safety investigation may be kept until the reason for retention ends.
Subscriptions
Deleting ForgeLive does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Google Play or Apple. Cancel it in the store account used for purchase to prevent future renewal. Deletion does not create an automatic right to a refund.
