Data controller: CodingStudioPixels, Qatar. In this policy, “ForgeLive,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to CodingStudioPixels and the ForgeLive service.
This policy applies to the ForgeLive mobile applications, website, live services, creator tools, support channels and related services. It does not apply to third-party services that publish their own privacy policies.
1. Information we collect
Account and profile information
We process details you provide when creating or managing an account, such as name, username, email address, telephone number where supported, password credentials in hashed form, date of birth, country, profile biography, profile and cover images, creator status and account preferences.
Content and social activity
We process posts, reels, stories, photos, videos, audio, captions, comments, reactions, follows, saves, reports, live streams, live comments, co-host activity and other material you create or share. Public content, usernames, profile images and interaction counts may be visible to other people and may be reshared according to your settings and our product features.
Messages
We process message content, attachments, participants, delivery state and related metadata to deliver messaging, prevent abuse and respond to valid safety or legal requests. ForgeLive messages are encrypted in transit but are not represented as end-to-end encrypted.
Live audio and video
When you host, co-host or join a live session, we process camera and microphone media, room identifiers, participant roles, connection diagnostics, comments, reactions, gifts and moderation events. Live media is transported using encrypted real-time communication services. Hosts, viewers and service operators may still capture or record content using features or devices outside our control.
AI creator and editor information
When you use AI features, we process prompts, uploaded reference media, selected templates, generation settings, outputs, modification requests and safety signals. Inputs may be sent to our AI processing provider, currently DeepAI, to generate images, video or music. Do not submit confidential information or material you do not have permission to use.
Wallet, rewards and purchases
We process promotional Gold, purchased Gold, subscription-entitled Gold, creator gifts, transaction identifiers, balances, reward eligibility and fraud signals. Google Play or Apple processes payment-card information; ForgeLive normally receives purchase tokens, product details and transaction status rather than full card information.
Device, usage and diagnostics
We may process IP address, device and operating-system information, app version, language, approximate region derived from network information, session identifiers, notification tokens, device identifiers in hashed or pseudonymous form, crash reports, performance information, security logs and feature usage.
Permissions and media metadata
With device permission, ForgeLive may access the camera, microphone, selected photos and videos, notifications and media metadata needed for editing or publishing. If selected media contains location or other embedded metadata, that information may be processed during import. You can manage operating-system permissions in device settings, although disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from working.
Support and moderation information
We process support messages, reports, appeals, evidence you provide, enforcement history and communications with our team. We may review reported or potentially harmful content to enforce our rules and protect people.
2. How we use information
- Provide accounts, profiles, feeds, publishing, messaging, live sessions, AI tools, wallets, subscriptions, rewards and support.
- Personalize feeds, recommendations, templates and creator experiences.
- Process purchases, gifts, reward eligibility and creator balances.
- Detect spam, fraud, unsafe behavior, payment abuse and violations of our policies.
- Moderate content, investigate reports, enforce restrictions and handle appeals.
- Maintain reliability, diagnose crashes, measure performance and improve features.
- Send service, security, account, live and community notifications according to your settings.
- Comply with law, valid government requests and our legal obligations.
3. Legal grounds
Depending on your location, we rely on performance of our contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and securing ForgeLive, compliance with legal obligations, and protection of users or the public. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw it, but prior lawful processing remains valid.
4. How information is shared
We do not sell personal data. We may disclose relevant information to:
- Other users and the public when you publish, interact, go live or use a public profile.
- Infrastructure and storage providers that host APIs, databases, media and backups.
- Google/Firebase services for authentication, notifications, diagnostics, analytics or storage where enabled.
- Google Play and Apple for purchases, subscriptions, fraud handling and store operation.
- LiveKit and network providers for encrypted real-time audio/video transport and connection diagnostics.
- DeepAI for requested image, video and music generation.
- Advertising and consent providers where advertising is enabled and permitted by your consent and regional settings.
- Moderators, professional advisers, authorities or rights holders when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, dispute resolution or protection of rights.
- A successor organization in a merger, financing, reorganization or sale, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Service providers may process information only for contracted purposes and must protect it under applicable agreements and law.
5. International processing
ForgeLive is operated from Qatar and may use providers or infrastructure in other countries. This means information may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use contractual and organizational safeguards for cross-border transfers.
6. Retention
Retention depends on the information and purpose. Active account information is kept while your account is active. Public content and messages are retained while needed to provide the feature or until deleted under available controls, subject to safety, dispute and legal exceptions. Live connection logs and operational diagnostics are retained for limited security and reliability periods. Purchase and transaction records may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations.
After account deletion, we remove or de-identify direct profile identifiers. Limited hashed device, transaction, enforcement or username-reservation records may be retained to prevent repeated welcome-reward abuse, investigate fraud, comply with law and enforce serious safety restrictions. Such records are access restricted and not used to recreate a deleted profile.
Backups may retain deleted information temporarily until their normal overwrite cycle completes. Information required for an unresolved report, dispute, payment, legal hold or safety investigation may be retained until the matter is resolved.
7. Your choices and rights
Subject to local law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection; withdraw consent; manage personalized advertising; and complain to an appropriate authority. You can edit many profile and privacy choices in the app.

8. Children and age eligibility
ForgeLive is not intended for children under 13. A higher minimum age may apply where required by local law. We may ask for date of birth and take reasonable steps to restrict or remove underage accounts. Users must not exploit, sexualize or solicit minors. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided information improperly should contact us.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards including encrypted network transport, access controls, token protection, monitoring and restricted service credentials. No service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your password private and report suspected compromise promptly.
10. Policy updates
We may update this policy as ForgeLive changes. We will publish the new version and effective date and, where required, provide notice or request renewed consent before material changes take effect.
