These Terms form an agreement between you and CodingStudioPixels, Qatar. By creating an account, accepting the Terms in the app or using ForgeLive, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Copyright and Music Policy and AI Policy.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required in your country. You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and use only accounts you are authorized to control. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may not sell, transfer, automate, impersonate or create accounts to evade restrictions or obtain repeated signup rewards.
2. License to use ForgeLive
We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use ForgeLive for its intended purposes while you comply with these Terms. ForgeLive software, branding, interfaces and service content remain owned by CodingStudioPixels or its licensors.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant CodingStudioPixels a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt for technical formatting, distribute, display and make your content available as needed to operate, promote and improve ForgeLive according to your settings. This license ends when the content is deleted from active systems, subject to reasonable backup, legal, safety and prior-sharing limitations.
You confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed for your content, including people shown, music, trademarks, locations and third-party material. You remain responsible for your content and its consequences.
4. Acceptable use
You must follow the Community Guidelines. You may not exploit minors, post sexual or illegal content, threaten or harass people, promote hate, impersonate others, run scams, manipulate engagement, distribute malware, infringe rights, evade enforcement, scrape the service, probe security, interfere with live infrastructure or use ForgeLive to violate law.
5. Live sessions and collaboration
Hosts control invitations and may accept, reject, mute or remove participants. Co-hosts and viewers remain responsible for their conduct. We may limit participant counts, video modes, duration or quality to protect reliability. Leaving a collaboration, ending a live, splitting hosts or reconnecting may change participant routing and audience state. Never rely on ForgeLive for emergency communications.
6. AI features
AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to other outputs. You must review generated media before publishing and may not use AI tools for illegal, deceptive, abusive, sexual exploitation, impersonation or rights-infringing purposes. Pricing and included modification attempts are shown before generation. See the AI Policy for details.
7. Gold, gifts, rewards and subscriptions
- Promotional Gold may be limited to eligible in-app creative tools and has no cash value.
- Purchased Gold and eligible subscription Gold may be used for supported creator gifts and paid features.
- Gold is a limited digital entitlement, not money, cryptocurrency, stored value or transferable property.
- Prices, eligibility, expiration and regional availability may change prospectively with notice where required.
- Gifts are voluntary digital interactions. A gift does not purchase personal access, services or influence from a creator.
- Creator earnings, conversion and withdrawal require eligibility, identity checks, policy compliance and applicable thresholds.
Purchases and refunds are also governed by the store through which you paid. We may reverse fraudulent, duplicated, refunded or technically erroneous transactions and suspend wallets involved in abuse.
8. Advertising
ForgeLive may show advertising in the future. Where required, we will request consent for personalized advertising and offer available privacy controls. Subscriptions may change the advertising experience according to the purchased plan.
9. Moderation and enforcement
We may use automated systems and human review to detect violations. We may limit distribution, remove content, end live sessions, revoke monetization, restrict features, preserve evidence, suspend or delete accounts, and report serious threats or unlawful conduct. Enforcement decisions consider context, severity, history and legal obligations. Available appeal instructions will be provided where appropriate.
10. Copyright complaints
We respond to sufficiently detailed copyright and trademark notices and may act against repeat infringers. See our Copyright and Music Policy before uploading music or third-party media.
11. Availability and changes
ForgeLive is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may be tested, changed, limited or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, audience growth, income, AI output quality or availability on every device or region.
12. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodingStudioPixels disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, lost profits, lost content or conduct of other users. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Ending the agreement
You may stop using ForgeLive or request account deletion. Provisions concerning ownership, licenses needed for retained lawful records, payments, disputes, disclaimers and enforcement survive where their nature requires.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to CodingStudioPixels in Qatar, without removing mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country. Parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through support before using available courts or authorities.
