1. How AI creation works
ForgeLive sends the prompt, selected template, generation settings and any optional reference media needed to fulfill your request to our AI processing provider, currently DeepAI. Outputs return to ForgeLive for preview, modification, editing, saving or publishing.
2. Pricing and modifications
The app displays the applicable price before generation. The planned standard price is 10 eligible Gold for an AI image and 50 eligible Gold for an AI video, unless a template or offer displays a different server-controlled price. A paid generation may include up to three modification requests shown in the creation flow. Further generation or modification may require another purchase.
Promotional Gold may be used for eligible AI and editor items. Purchased Gold and eligible subscription Gold may also be used where shown. Failed jobs are handled according to the transaction status recorded by the server; duplicate charging is not permitted.
3. Your inputs
You must have permission to upload and process reference images, video, audio, logos, artwork, personal data and other inputs. Do not submit confidential, medical, financial, authentication or other highly sensitive information. Do not upload intimate material or a minor’s image for sexualized, exploitative or deceptive generation.
4. Prohibited uses
- Child sexual abuse, grooming or sexualization of minors.
- Non-consensual sexual content, intimate imagery or sexual violence.
- Credible threats, terrorism assistance, weapon construction or serious wrongdoing.
- Targeted hate, harassment, doxxing or encouragement of self-harm.
- Fraud, forged evidence, identity theft, scams or deceptive impersonation.
- Cloning a person’s face or voice without authority where consent is required.
- Infringing copyrighted works, trademarks, publicity rights or privacy rights.
- Bypassing safety systems or repeatedly modifying a prohibited request to evade detection.
5. Labels and disclosure
Clearly disclose realistic generated or materially altered media when people could reasonably mistake it for an authentic person, event, statement or recording. ForgeLive may add AI labels, provenance metadata or visible indicators and may restrict removal of those indicators.
6. Output limitations
AI outputs can be inaccurate, offensive, incomplete, non-unique or unexpectedly similar to existing work. ForgeLive does not guarantee ownership, registrability, factual accuracy, commercial suitability or freedom from third-party rights. Review every output before sharing or relying on it.
7. Safety review and enforcement
Prompts and outputs may be automatically screened and, where necessary, reviewed to detect prohibited content, troubleshoot a generation or investigate abuse. We may reject prompts, remove outputs, restrict AI access, reverse an unused authorization, suspend monetization or take account action under the Community Guidelines.
8. Retention and provider processing
AI inputs, outputs and job metadata are retained only as needed to deliver projects, support modifications, maintain transaction records, secure the service and meet legal obligations. 9. Reporting
