1. Your responsibilities
Before uploading or streaming content, make sure you created it or hold all licenses and permissions required for the intended use. Buying a song, subscribing to a music service, crediting an artist or finding media online does not necessarily grant permission to publish, synchronize, remix, monetize or perform it in a live stream.
2. Original audio
When you mark audio as original, you confirm that you own it or have authority to provide it to ForgeLive and allow the technical processing needed for posts, reels, templates and playback. Do not falsely label copyrighted commercial music as original audio.
3. Licensed and in-app music
Music made available inside ForgeLive may be subject to territory, account, format, duration, commercial-use and monetization limits. Availability in one feature does not grant unrestricted use elsewhere. Follow any label shown with the track or collection.
4. AI-generated music
AI music remains subject to the AI provider’s terms, applicable law and this policy. Do not prompt the service to imitate a living artist deceptively, reproduce a protected recording, clone a person’s voice without permission or bypass rights-management controls. You are responsible for reviewing whether an output is appropriate for your intended use.
5. Live streams
Background television, radio, concerts and music playing in a venue can create copyright issues even when incidental. We may mute audio, interrupt a live, remove a replay or restrict an account when protected content is detected or reported.
6. Notices from rights holders
A rights holder or authorized agent may send a notice to ayyaztalat@codingstudiopixels.com with:
- Contact information and authority to act.
- Identification of the protected work.
- The ForgeLive username and URL or enough detail to locate the material.
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and a physical or electronic signature.
7. Responses and repeat infringement
We may remove or restrict material while reviewing a sufficiently detailed notice and may notify the uploader. Users may respond with evidence of ownership, permission, license, public-domain status or another lawful basis. Repeated or serious infringement may result in feature restrictions, loss of monetization or account termination.
8. Trademarks and identity rights
Do not use another person’s brand, likeness, voice or identity in a misleading way. Fan, commentary, parody and other legally protected uses should be clearly contextualized and must not imply endorsement.
